The Lion: the Chronicles of Narnia

The Lion, named Aslan, in the book, "The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe" by C.S. Lewis, is a remarkable story where the lion is an image of Christ, who dies upon an altar and then rises from the dead. I took this picture when I was at a zoo not far from the Lutheran seminary in Brazil. It was an unbelievable shot.  Comment down below, what is the imagery you see in this picture regarding our faith and that of Aslan?

  1. Aslan as Jesus before went willingly because he loved.
