 NEW ELECTRONIC GIVING OPTION:

As we announced last week, the Board of Stewardship is enabling a new electronic giving option. You can certainly continue with check or cash giving if you prefer, but this new option may be of interest. It’s called Tithely and has been adopted by many churches including Lutheran Churches. You can go to your PLAY or APP store on iPhone or Android and download the Tithe.ly app (yes, there is a dot in the name). Set up an account then either type in “Lutheran Church of Our Redeemer” in the top search bar or click the Find Church if you are located at church. There are several Lutheran churches with the same name, so be sure to choose the one located in Kokomo! You might need to scroll down. From there, you can choose the Giving button and it will walk you through the process. The first time, you will be asked for credit card information. It is also possible to pull direct from your bank account and avoid the credit card fee which gets subtracted off what comes to the church. There will be a drop-down box where you can select the church fund you want your giving to go to. Normal contributions go into GENERAL fund. You will also have the option to set up recurring giving which will make automatic contributions for you.
