I am very impressed. I believe our church and school are going in a great direction as we are guided by God’s Word and His blessings. While there is much to be said about this, if you want a youth group, if you want a young person group, etc., we need first to be able to do things as a church family. In brief, that is why DCE programs have gone from youth ministries to family ministries over the past years. If “family” is not in place, subgroups of a church really do not prosper. Yes, church groups have big youth programs but they are often segregated from the whole of the church. More on that later, blessed Lent.
