What legacy will Redeemer leave with those growing up in our church? Many people who grew up in our church have many fond memories with their time at Redeemer. The smallest institution in the Bible is family and family is all about relationship. This is why the church is seen as a family in the Bible. Among other passages, it is from Ephesians 3:14–15 that states, "For this reason I bow my knees to the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, from whom the whole family in heaven and earth is named," establishing that all families — earthly and heavenly — are ultimately derived from God. Believers are not only citizens of God’s kingdom but members of His family, adopted as sons and daughters (Galatians 4:5–7) in holy baptism. What legacy will we leave with those growing up in our church family today?
